On February 25th I went on a "ski trip" with the Special Olympics athletes. We went to Cashiers, N.C. It was only a 3 hour drive, so we did the whole trip in one day. Because only about 3 of the athletes could do the mini-ski slop, the rest of the athletes went tubing. It was so much fun...we had a blast!

At the end of the day we had a paid for dinner at a fancy restaurant in the mountains, complete with ribs, homemade fries, pizza, salad, etc.
Then we danced like crazy!
