When I worked at Old Navy this winter I came to know all the songs the store played over and over. One of my favorites was a song called Foundations by a new singer from London called Kate Nash. It was such a cute song and her english accent was adorable! So of course I added her song to my blogspot playlist and looked her up on myspace and became an instant fan. So one day last month I happened to be surfing ticketmaster.com for good concert deals and what did I find? Kate Nash tickets for only $15.00! So I went out and bought two tickets the next day. Come to find more good news, the venue (Variety Playhouse in Atlanta) only has general admission so it was first come first serve seating. So this past Tuesday my good friend Natalie and I left early and we got seats right in front. Her concert was SO amazing and everytime she spoke it was soo lovely. She even makes "colorful language" sound pretty. I can't wait till her next album. The sadness part of the title of this blog is that both mine and Natalie's camera battery died before we got a good shot of Kate, but we did get one picture of her to prove that we were there. Besides the camera issue it was so much fun, thanks Natalie for coming with me.
