Salmon

The other day I made Salmon for the first time and it turned out GREAT! Publix had wild sockeye salmon on sale with an easy recipe to go with it, so I decided to give it a go! I served it over whole grain rice with a Caesar salad.

(Sorry the image isn't that good)

Recipe
Ingredients
3 tablespoons ground coriander
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon pepper
4 fish fillets (salmon, tuna, or swordfish; 1 1/2 lb)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Steps
Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Combine coriander, salt, and pepper; then coat both sides of fish (wash hands).Place oil in pan, then add salmon; cook 3–4 minutes on each side or until 145°F and fish flakes easily.
{The complete recipe can be found here}

TIP TIP TIP: When I make this again I am going to melt some butter and stir in some garlic salt to make a garlic butter glaze on top!
It wasn't as difficult as I thought...you should try it!

So do you have any suggestions for Tilapia? I bought some at the store the other day because I wanted some fish, but I have no idea how to make it...haha
