I am extremely happy that my blog is completely updated- I must say it is a big relief! I have a blog for journaling purposes but I also have it to vent, share my opinion, my realities and other various things, but I feel as though lately I am doing none of the above. Two of my favorite blogs that I can never get enough of is Nienie Dialogues and jandjvela. These are not food, fashion, or craft blogs, they are real, raw, and down to earth. They both speak from genuine perspectives and share stories and experiences that are authentic. They do not sugar coat situations. They tell about their good days and well as their bad days. I am making it a goal to follow in their footsteps...to be a little more truthful, a little more relateable, a little more real. Sometimes I look at blogs and all I see are a whole lot of twinkling smiles. Don't get me wrong I love twinkling smiles, but I always wonder what their days are like when they aren't perfectly posed for pictures, what happens in between? I am going to take a different turn on my blog. Updating a bit more often, not just about vacations or things I am able to snap pictures of, but some of the things that are in between....I hope it goes well and that my readers (if I have any left) might become a little more interested!
